20 stores across Australia will be involved in a project to test the effect of point of sale material and demonstrations on oyster sales. Stores involved will stock and demo at least two types of oysters.
The stores are spread from Northern Qld (3), Brisbane (3), Coastal NSW (1), Sydney (5), Melbourne (5) and Adelaide (3). The trail will run from end September to start December. The trial will result in the cost-benefit of a commercialised point of sale merchandising campaign.
